bijin Junior Member Member # 2059 | Posted February 14, 2002 04:34 AM Hi, I have completed my doeacc C level course (equivalent to M Tech) in India. Thanks .. |
Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted February 15, 2002 03:54 PM HI If this was a degree in one of the following fields awarded after at least two years of full-time work experience, then it should be equated to an Australian Master's degree: Applied Science (Computing) Good luck! bijin Junior Member Member # 2059 | Posted February 19, 2002 02:45 AM Thanks Elfa. Yes, it is a certificate in the field of Information Technology. and I do have two years of work experience. But then do I need to get it assessed also before applying for immigration, or do I just apply for immigration and then get it assessed if the immigration officer asks for it. Thanks bijin |
Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted February 26, 2002 03:43 PM HI Sorry, I meant to write in my previous response to your posting that the degree certificate must have been awarded after at least two years of full time STUDY, rather than work experience. My apologies, must have been a long day.... And yes you will need to get this assessed by the ACS through their standard skills assessment prior to lodging your immigration application.
