ACS still didn't diduct the money from our credit card even though we know that they received the application for assesment. When do they usually do that? Just how do we know that everything is ok if we cannot contact them or call them.

Regarding the credit card payment, they should probably deduct this right away, but are you sure you provided details of a credit card that they accept? It is really stupid that we cannot talk to somebody there and resolve that issue right away.

Hi Laslo

You can change mailing addresses in the middle of the ACS application processing; you should send them an e-mail with the new details (info@acs.org.au).

Regarding the credit card payment, they should probably deduct this right away, but are you sure you provided details of a credit card that they accept? To my knowledge, they only accept Visa, MC and Amex.
