Hi Nasir

If your native language is not English and your degree was not awarded from a University where English was the sole medium of instruction, then yes, you will need to sit the IELTS exam to determine your English Language ability. You will need a minimum band score of "5".

Hi Ram

Please see www.ielts.org for details of test centres. Your qualifications will probably need to be sent directly to DIMIA if they are from India and the University should include a letter stating that all of your courses were taught in English.

Hope this helps!
