Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted February 27, 2002 04:53 PM Hi Nasir If your native language is not English and your degree was not awarded from a University where English was the sole medium of instruction, then yes, you will need to sit the IELTS exam to determine your English Language ability. You will need a minimum band score of "5". Regards Elfa -------------------- Elfa Kere, Consultant |
ram Member Member # 161 | Posted February 28, 2002 01:43 AM elfa where to get ielts test and test centres details; and also how to prove that my university and my degree are in english medium? thanks |
Elfa Member Member # 5 | Posted March 13, 2002 10:43 AM Hi Ram Please see www.ielts.org for details of test centres. Your qualifications will probably need to be sent directly to DIMIA if they are from India and the University should include a letter stating that all of your courses were taught in English. Hope this helps! Elfa -------------------- Elfa Kere, Consultant |
