Does anyone know if certain career occupations are exempt from the need to show that a job cannot be filled by the Australian labour market? possibly due to a shortage of personnel in that field?

Thanks

Hi James

Highly-skilled IT Professional positions are exempt from the Labour Market Testing (LMT) requirement.

Hope this helps!
