If you have, then you should write a letter to them stating when you expect the baby to be born. If your application is processed and the visa is granted before the baby is born, then you should probably try to travel to Australia and have the baby there. It might be best to delay the process with DIMIA, wait until the baby is born, submit the birth certificate (certified copy) and passport photos of the child, and have him/her included in your application. This is what i was planning to do Have the baby in the US Get the Australian Residency We land and return to the US and then apply for the child Is it possible to do the above? Is it possible to apply for the child when we are out of the country? thanks |
