I have applied for HSMP back in 2001, and as I am from Eastern Europe all documents are required for submission at the Canadian Embassy in Bucarest, Romania. I read all the possible forums and everyone's agrees that this embassy has a pretty loaded application processing. Since 2001 I received only a letter verifying the receival of the documents, and online tracking confirms that they are in process. However, I am wondering is it possible for this application to continue for already 3 years??? What would you advice me to do? Thanx a lot
