My project is going to end in 2 month time and i need my transfer approved before i start looking for new job. Is there anyway i can request Premium processing now? If i find a new job with in next 2 months would that be possible to file an other trasfer while this petition is still under processing? As i am working on a project so i have most recent payslips from my current employer (the one who filed my trasfer case 5 months ago). Need your advice.
Rob03 Junior Member Member # 7106	Posted July 12, 2003 07:34 PM Not much help I am sure but I can tell you that Premium processing will take 2 weeks - unless there is a query from the INS like I have now. I upgraded my same application when I started running out of time. Once we respond to their questions, we will apparently get a reply back within 6 days. (Things are pretty quiet here lately, must all be n vacation!) Good luck!
