Hi
thankyou for all your good advise in april about us being accused of fraud, your hunches were right and a distruntled exfriend wrote to the INS and accused us of getting are green card in a fraudulant way. this is the case now:
WE have been to the master hearing where our attorney porduced documentation proving there was no fraud based on swron affidavit from our previous employee stating the fact we were made redundant out of no fault of our own after arriving back in the US. AS During CP we all had no priory knowledge of the impending layoffs. the judge looked like he was just going to dissmiss the charge based on this evidence when the INS attorney said he wanted to charge us with something else.....Anyrate our new charge in valitity of the green card..my question is does anyone know how we stand we are about to change attorneys for one who specialises in this but i need to know if anyone has insight about how we legally stand as different attorney are saying different things...If anyone knows i would appresiate it as then i can choose the attorney that is saying the right things, there are really good and bad ones im finding out how do i spot a good one?? is there anywhere i could go to check up on them ....sorry this is two questions......From what im hearing so far this case is all about intent as we didnt want to be made redundant and fully intented to work for the employee when we got back how do we prove that??? thank you once again for your fantastic advice it never ceases to amaze how spot on you always are....
