Hello, everyone.I have a question about my wife's H1B visa appliaction.
My wife's company closed last month and she filed H4 right after that. we just got the receipt last week and almost at the same day she got a job offer.
my question is can she file H1B with H4 receipt or we have to wait until H4 is approved? Or can we withdraw H4 appliaction and then file H1? I don't know in this case if it is still considered as a H1B transfering and she can start to work after she got the H1B receipt. Thank you
