Meanwhile in 2002 I moved to company B and the new h1b for comapny B expores in 2004 (6 years from original date). In late 2002 I went back to my home country and it has been almost a year (will complete a year in oct 2003). Question is can I get back to a job with company A based on my previous h1b? Will I get a new 6 year extension on that h1b since I have been out of the country for a year? does the extension have to be approved before I enter the country? how long does it take for the extension to be approved? thanks in advance
