Hi
Can anybody help me in my case. I am presently in UK working for a company on Workpermit. My company needs me to go to USA on an assignment, once long time before I got rejected for my F1 visa in india. I have mentioned this in my application, I just want to know if this will affect my application and also need to know what all documents should I give to the embassy for my visa processing
thanks in advance

What was the reason for the F1 rejection?

They though I am a potential immigrant, mainly i forgot my individual marksheets at home and went and they wanted individual marksheets and another thing the visa officer for me was a daring lady who rejects 99/100 known fact to everyone there ....

I think you'd be able to explain that the rejection was arbitrary, if interviewed again. Alhtough there's never a guarantee with B-type visas, you seem to have a bona fide business need to visit the States and a specific reason to come back. For complete list of paperwork to submit please visit the website of U.S. Embassy in London.
