Board need this details to answer because there may be issue concerning visa revalidation based on natioanlity and US status. If its non immigrant B1/B2 visa then it was refused under sec 214(g) of INA - submission of 'suitable' additional evidence or requirement to attend interview may result in visa being issued. Note that if you were inadmissible after interview you were not eligible to enter the US on VWP - we need more info dude/gal . -------------------- ---audi alteram partem---
