One hurdle left to courier my application -- HELP!!!

I've one hurdle (I think) left to courier my application.
*******Spelling mistakes!!!!

My surname is "Umar" but on ITR it is written as "Umer" which is mistake of my employer. This is resolved (I think). As in the letter from employer they have mentioned that it was done mistakenly and corrections done for future.

In bank account my surname is "Omar" and same is printed on bank statement. One thing, address on the statement is same as my correspondence address. I think I'll explain them that there is a mistake in spellings but the address is corroborating with my correspondence address. Also I'll provide address and phone numbers to contact bank for verification.

What you guys think? will this do for me?

that sounds pretty fine , you can also find out from the bank if they can update the name change and issue fresh statements

Oh thanks vidya, you are the only one who gave time to put some comments on my request .

My bank branch people are not so co-operating. They have a long procedure to change the name and i don't really want to go into that. I know I can end up with rejection only because of this. But its really time consuming process to change the name spellings. I want to apply in next couple of days.

What you think won't this do:
1. I've explained in cover letters.
2. My address is corroborating evidence for that.
3. In my salary slips and letter from employer it is mentioned my account number and bank name.
