Online application - address change

Hi, I'm currently filling in an application for FLR/M extension using the new online beta service.

There's a section called "Living with your partner" - It asks "when did we start living together" and "where". I need to put in two addresses as we moved during the last 2.5 years, but the application only allows us to fill in a single address?! Which do I put in? Anyone else had this issue? I'm guessing I just have to explain somewhere further into the forms.
