online spouse visa applications

Hi All
I'm considering filling out the online spouse application on behalf of my partner.we won't be married at the time of completing the online application,but we will be when he has to submit his supporting documents. My question is would our application be refused if we did this and would this be recommended?

We would have the Marriage certificate ready in time for his appoint to the visa centre. I just want things done quickly without any delays,as I will be with my partner for a few weeks and want to be there with him when he attends the appointment.

I would be grateful if anyone could help.

The form will ask if you're married,you wouldn't say you are when you haven't, would you? Whatever is stated on the form,remember you have to sign a declaration that ALL you've stated are true to the best of your knowledge.
As minor as it looks,this ppl can pick on it and make it a bigger issue for you,so please DON'T!

signing the declaration.It's best to apply after we get married like you said,much less stress this way.I don't want his application to be refused.
