online tier 1 application

workpermit.com is saying that all the tier visa appcations should be made online from now onwards,ukba wont take any paper applications,but i dont find anywhere in ukba website about this news .can anybody tell about this?
if the application is made online how will i submit the proofs(payslip ,bank statement etc)?

If they UKBA go for online application the process with be like this.

You register at UKBA.
Fill your required form.
Pay the fees online.
Print out the online filled form with receipt of payment.
Attach all the supporting documents
and dispatch the application.

They have tried that earlier in ILR applications.
