Original Letter Head - Pay Slips - Stamp Requirement

Dear All,

I got all the required payslips on original letter head with authorized signatures.

On official letter-head no stamp is required. So on payslips printed on official letter head there are no seal/stamp however authorized signatures are there. Same is the case for maintenance letter from the bank where the signatures are there but without seal and bank statement is also on official stationary without any signatures and seal.

I hope in case of official stationary official seal is not required (because both refer to the same, seal is required in case of copies, non-official papaers).

Please guide/clarify.
