Applying for Indian PAN card from UK.... Help

Hi,

I am based in the UK (UK passport) and want to apply for an Indian PAN Card: https://www.onlineservices.nsdl.com/paa ... ntact.html

I am trying to do the application online, but I have no idea what to fill in for the following fields:

Area code*
AO type*
Range code*
AO No.*

Anyone filled a PAN application in from the UK before and able to advise me?

In my opinion best to hire an independent agency.
We were 3 applicants in our family all UK passport holders and we tried many a times
to apply on the NSDL site. But everything was so confusing to understand.

So we hired a UK xxxxxxx : weblink removed by moderator

It's worth checking out. They have been helping NRIs in the UK for over 10 years now.

Hi Kelly.

I too am applying directly to the official website rather than going through the dodgy agencies referred to above.

Could you let me know how you manage to pay the 1017 rs fee on the final page of the Official website that you listed this is the only bit that is holding me up.

Doesn’t seem to accept a UK credit card payment

The rest of it looks perfectly straightforward and will just be around posting the full application to them in India

Hi does anyone have any any advice as to how to make the payment from the uk to the above website

I only need to pay 1017 but uk credit or debit cards don’t seem to work

Any help greatly appreciated
