Hello members, I just wondered if anyone had any experience in dealing with applying for visas for india, with a British passport and Pakistani origin.
my sister is due to be married in india in November. I have 10 guests who all have British passports and British citizenship from birth however their parents are of Pakistani origin. I have asked them to submit their application forms in July, and the wedding is in Nov. So technically 3 months in advance and we are still waiting upon a response. it has been 2 months now and we are getting nervous.
Passports, Notarised letters, wedding cards, job letters and hotel confirmations have all been submitted.
Anyone have an experience or an idea how to speed the process up?
