Clarification for one of the OCI question(family related)

Hello all.
Does my sister who has OCI (and already married) come under the family category for this question in India OCI application: Have you/any member of your family applied for OCI registration earlier?? I think the answer is NO as the family member here refers to parents, children or spouse. Am I correct in my assumption?

Dont think your sister would count. Presume as you say its children, spouse and your own parents.

However, you could add her OCI number and details in the extra info box. Might help in confirming your right to an OCI, since they approved her.
