I was transiting through Delhi with my foreign passport and before the boarding gates, there is a further check post where airport staff check your passports. The guys checking my family's passports damaged them by writing the flight departure time and the gate number on the back cover of the passport
They then checked my ILR visa ( I was not transiting to the UK and had just flown from the UK ) and asked us more questions than a Border Force staff. Questions involved what do we do in the UK, when did we get ILR, why were we given ILR.Ever since this incident, I avoid transiting through India!
