Different surname in surrender certificate and UK passport

Hi,

Following obtaining the British nationality, my wife changed her signature. But her surrender certificate has got pre-marriage surname. While applying for OCI, will it cause any trouble? Or do we need to put the deed poll as well to avoid any issues?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I recommend apostilling the marriage certificate to begin with.
