Documents required for new OCI for UK Born Minor

Hello

I need some guidance in regards to OCI application.

My Son is Born in the UK but does not have Indian passport or Indian Birth Certificate.

My wife and myself are Indian citizens.

Can someone please share the list of document required for OCI application?
