E visa - india - Region not in the evisa website

Dear All,

Please can you adivse. I am trying to apply for an e visa for my son but the indian e visa portal doesn't show the nationality/region (united kingdom) on the list.

Did they not opened the E visa for the British nationals yet. Please help.

My son is having the OCI based on the old British passport which is valid till December 21. I can travel with that but I am coming back in January. Would that be a problem using the same OCI card returning back to UK.

Your earliest advise is much appreciated.

you cannot apply for evisa stilll.

only paper visa applications are being accepeted.
