INDIA VISA MISSED MIDDLE NAME

My Mum is going to go to India soon and we have applied for a tourist Visa for India. However on the form i have forgot to put her middle name which appears in her passport and her previous surname. The form is computer typed and printed. The appointment is next week, if i make the agent aware that i forgot to add it will that be ok?

Does it depend on who the agent is or will it be alright in general?

I tried contacting the agency but that is proving difficult.
