Indian eVisa Query....Help !!

Hi all

I have got a query in relation to Indian eVisa.
So, the rule says that "e-Visa can be availed for maximum of two times in a calendar year i.e. between January to December".

I have availed the eVisa twice already and travelled to India twice ie: once in January 2018 on my first eVisa and then recently in August 2018 on my 2nd eVisa.

Now my query here is that my 2nd eVisa which was issued in August 2018 is still under validity period and its a double entry visa. Am I allowed to travel for the third time in a year given my eVisa is still under validity period and its a double entry ?
