OCI adult application- proof of address?

Hi all, I'm hoping someone can help with this query.

I need to apply for an OCI card (based on parents' Indian origin) but have no suitable proof of address according to the documents list- needs to be a utility bill or driving license. I live with my parents (although I am over 18) and they pay all of the bills in their name and I do not have a driving license yet. Are there any other documents which I could use to prove my address? I have an income tax statement from HMRC as I pay taxes via self assessment- will this be ok? If I apply for a provisional driving license - will this be ok or does it need to be the full license? The helplines at VFS were unable to provide any advice.
