OCI applications still being processed?

Hello all,

Does anybody know if fresh OCI are still being processed for applications made before lockdown?

1) I understand that VFS is closed and won't be receiving the OCI even if it is ready, but does anyone know the status of what's happening with already made application.

2) Is applications made from VFS London processed in HCI london or is it being sent to India. Email I received during submission mentioned that the documents have been sent to High Commission of India and not to India FRRO mission.

3) Anyone else on the same boat as me?
