OCI - Online application photo and physical photograph is different

Hi All, I have recently submitted the OCI application with the photograpsh that I had. It was accepted online. But later I came to know that it is not 50X50 in size so I have now taken another photograpsh which matches that size. So now the photo uploaded online will be different than the photograph I have physically. Will that be a problem? do they have to be same?

Is there a way to upload a new photo online?

Yes this will be a problem. I have been rejected at VFS for this very issue before. The photos need to match. You need to make a new application with the new photo.
