Regarding OCI

Hi,
My husband recently got uk passport and now trying to apply for OCI.
Here my question is while uploading the documents it's asking for Indian origin proof or
Parents Indian proofs or birth certificate.
But unfortunately don't have any of these.

Is it mandatory to upload above documents along with Indian passport surrender certificate. If so what should I need to do in this situation.

Please help me in this situation.

Assuming your husband was Indian citizen and have now surrendered his Indian passport. He can upload a copy of Cancelled Indian passport. I had done the same with no problems.
