Tourist visa to the Philippines for a UK Refugee, experience

UK refugee here, UK Travel Document holder. I have applied for a tourist visa to the Philippines. I have been already waiting for 7 weeks (since the day I submitted all the supporting documents by post). Honestly feels like it is taking longer than necessary. Anyone here tried applying for Philippine visas? Please feel free to share if you are in the same situation or anything you might wanna share about getting their visa.
