Travelling to Pakistan with expired NICOP

I don’t know what section I’m meant to post this under, but yeah.. I’m supposed to be travelling to Pakistan this Sunday, and two weeks ago I applied for a new NICOP card as my old one expired last month. My question is, can I travel with my expired NICOP in case the new one doesn’t arrive in the next few days? It’s meant to be arriving this week, as I paid for fast track. But in case it doesn’t arrive on time, what am I supposed to do?
