UK Deed Poll

Hi,

My surname on indian passport was blank.
In my British passport, they put given names as XXX
Given Names : XXX
Sur names : <First_Name of indian passport>

Now I need to apply for my OCI – I am confused if what I could mention in the OCI form
Should the first name be XXX as the british passport?

Has anyone faced a similar issue and what were the steps they followed?

If you have changed your name in the british passport with deed poll after surrendering the India passport,
can you apply for OCI with the new name ? Will there be any issues ?
