URGENT - OCI card application query for 1 month-old baby

I have British citizenship and an OCI card (I was born in India), while my wife is British (born in England).

My son born last month has already got a British passport, and we are now looking for him to get an OCI card as well, as he is eligible for it.

My queries are as follows:

1. Do I have to include photocopies of my son’s British passport? Do I have to include his original British passport and my wife’s original British passport in the application?

2. Do I have to include photocopies of my OCI card in the application?

3. Could I see a template for the ‘original consent letter’ that my wife and I will have to sign?

4. Regarding thumb impression, could you please advise where to get the ink from? Does it have to be black ink? Can it be blue?

5. Do I need to bring my baby boy to the VFS office while submitting the application?
