Other passports with first child passport application

Morning All!

Quick question. I am thinking of applying for my daughter's passport online. Looking at the list of documents, I see "any valid passports" from any country. My daughter has 3 other nationalilties and thus 3 other passports. Two of those are currently stuck in embassies. Can I send in the one I have on hand or is it a must to send all valid passports?
