Out of Country Application (But not home country)

Hi All,

I am a Nigerian living in Ghana. The ECOWAS Passport allows for free movement within West African countries in ECOWAS.

I have applied for UK Jobs and I'm receiving positive feedbacks. But my concern is, if it comes to applying for the Tier 2 work visa after receiving a Job offer and COS, can I apply from Ghana or must I go back to my home country (Nigeria) and apply from there?

If you're living in Ghana legally, you should be fine applying from Ghana.

You can apply wherever you are living.
