I am outside UK for more than 180 days, will it effect my tier1 general visa extension.

Please advise, thanks in advance

No, extended absense is relevant only to ILR and has no significance for extensions. Obviously, you might have broken your existing residence that leads to ILR by staying out of the UK for so long but that is not the question you are asking here.
