Overlapping Salary periods

Overlapping Salary periods

I got my second Tier 1 , last August and am eligible for ILR, this August. Last year in July and August, I got my bonus that made my salary quite a lot above the required 40K.

As I can include 12 of the 15 months and this bonus can again be included in the salary calculations of the ILR. My question is whether I can show the salary+bonus of the period July 2011 - June 2012 again when I apply for the ILR?

can't see why not provided tax got deducted off the bonus
