Overseas Domestic worker Visa requirements

I am from India and working in UK for the last 5 years and holding a PR. I have a domestic worker (aged 40 years) employed in my home at India to take care of my son (aged 4 years). He has been working for us for the last 12 months and we were giving his salary as cash. Could someone please let me know what are the documents I can produce for meeting the following requirement.
“Domestic worker must have been working for at least one year immediately before your application, in a household that your employer uses on a regular basis and there is evidence of a connection between you and the employerâ€

How much are you going to pay the domestic worker in the UK? Are you going to charge the domestic worker for accomodation, and if so how much?
