Oversease Pharmacist for Tier 1 Enterprenuer

Post by ayesha sajjad » Mon Jul 29, 2013 2:38 pm

I am professional qualified pharmacist and passed the OSPAP certiicate
http://www.pharmacyregulation.org/educa ... -programme

I have business plan to run the business of health and beauty items. I need to complete the 52 weeks pre-registration training which I can do along with my business on the Tier 1 Enterprenuer visa. Is Tier 1 impose any restrictions to complete the training along with business?

Is the OSPAP qualified for Tier 1? I have 6 months visa left and I can go for the 3 months thesis to turn that into Masters degree will that be valid for Tier 1?

Thanks for your advice in advance.

what is your current visa status?

I think you will be fine to complete 52 weeks pre-registration training while you are on tier1 visa as per my knowledge there is a restriction to work for other business doctor and dentist.

regarding business you need to check the SOC that fits as per your job and depends which cat you apply Tier 1.

Under 200k cat there is no restriction of nature of work but 50k route level of business need to be at NQF 4 or above.

good luck and wait for others reply

regards
