overstayer and pregnant can we apply for any other visa help

Post by manko » Sun Feb 20, 2011 7:11 pm

do overstyaters from trinidad in uk have any kind of human rights watsover ???

if in uk and over stayed 6 month visa and pregnant what rights do you have to have a baby in the hospital will they deliver the baby as a overstayer or will they have to have the baby on the street floor.

can a pregnant overstayer get an ambulance to the hospital and they will

see to her if shes due to drop the baby

does trinidad have any ties or watever with uk.

can you apply for a marriage visa or any kind of other visa before you become an overstayer.

im british disabled on dla indeffinite highe rate both rates, met a lady on a 6 month visa i fall in love with her

she helps me all the time i depened on her but shes only on a visit from

trinidad for 6 month, whats our best solution to this as she dont want to

be a overstayer, but she says if she goes back they wont let her back out

apparently they are refusing re entry into uk all over the place for people

so she doesnt fancy going down this route.

plz help with any info thank you :(

She should be able to apply for DLR using form FLR(o) based on your exceptional circumstances.

Can I get married or register a civil partnership in the UK? wrote:If you and your future husband, wife or civil partner are both in the UK but at least one of you is subject to immigration control, you will need to get a certificate of approval before you can get married or register a civil partnership in this country.

The rules on certificates of approval do not currently apply if you plan to get married at an Anglican church in England or Wales, after marriage banns or with a religious licence.
