Overstayer in UK

Post by User123 » Fri Feb 11, 2011 6:04 pm

Me and my mother are overstayers in the UK after my father lied about handing our papers in when we were legal, he also got us into a mountain of debt. Now he does not live with us or in the same country.

We have hardly any money to get by and we have recieved a reply from the home office that we need £9xx and £2xx for our indefinate right to remain.

The problem is we dont have that money and barly have enough to get by, and i am 16 and a half so we need to do it before i am 18.

What do we do??? i really dont want to move as all my friends are here and i have a part time job etc.

When did you enter the UK?

What were your statuses?
