P150 Letter Received

Hello All,

I did submit my application as skilled immigrant in April 06 and few weeks back I have received P150 letter and asked to send updated documents until 15th November 08.

I am in a process to completing documents but confused on following things

1. I have been in UAE for 4 years and still following up police clearance from them which is taking long time and i do not think I will be able to submit that before the deadline 15th Nov.
Will Canadian embassy will give me some extra time to send police clearance document from UAE?

2. In the company where I was working in April 06 that was closed after a while and I left the job and concentrated on my study and completed BSc (Hons) Computing from UK University. Early this year I was transferred into IGS and planned to setup my own IT Company. My Company is not in practical position but some inhouse projects / research are going on.
My question is "will that effect negative on my case if I am not working from some time and If I show myself as a director which NOC number I should I write, I do not have any payslip for myself but company registration document, will that be enough to show"

3. What are the chances of interview, do they waive interview.
4. I have already sent letter to them for time extension, Will I get some more time in order to prepare documents?
5 .After sending updated documents how long whole procedure take to stamp visa?

Sorry too many question but I really have no time left need to submit my documents next week.
