paid training

Post by abercroft » Wed May 25, 2005 8:23 pm

I am entering the UK this summer with a UK Ancestry visa. I am looking into teacher training as a way to use my B.A. and my B.Sc. from America. I see that some areas pay their student teachers whilst they are training. Does anyone know if my being on a visa will disqualify me for this sort of program?
Thanks.

Check the Department for Education department - Teacher Training scheme rules...

..I am sure it will specify whether you qualify for funding

Good luck
