Pakistanis please help regarding Tax Submission Evidence

My dear Pakistani brothers and sisters,

I have a small problem regarding my tax submission evidence. I have submitted tax to government through my employer. My employer gives me a tax certificate by end of financial year. Now out of 12 months, i have a tax certificate showing 4 months of tax submitted which was given to me in July 2005. For the rest of the 8 months, i have to yet receive the tax certificate from my employer at the end of our financial year which will happen in July 2006. I have to apply for HSMP in March, 2006 by all means.

Please guide me how to provide evidence of my tax returns of 8 months to the HSMP guys. Is there any way to arrange any kind of evidence to show the tax submission of the 8 months.
