pankina-maintanace funds

Dear all
does anyone have idea about Pankina case regarding maintanance funds
I am worried a lot because of maintanance funds because of banks error of updating my transactions

applying for psw by oct 2010
but because of delay in bank transactions it went below 800 but the end day balance is 800 and applying within UK

Thank you for the reply
I have been maintaining the funds since two and half months. Unfortunately yesterday the balance went to 750 pounds and on same day it was topped up to 800 pounds. Can you please suggest whether I have to wait another 3 months and apply or shall I apply soon after the remaining 15 days
