i came in this country 6 year ago.enterd inlegally via hethrow airport
anyway that is my big mistake forever.uk boarder agengcy took my passport and they did my finger print too.and they gave me 8 hour transit to go out and come back but i never back.in this time period i fall in love with some one,she is on T1 visa.i decided to go back my home country india and put my application for spouse visa.Now my question is,is that paragraph 320 7b apply on me or not?
in that i read,if i go valuntry and pay my own depature then 1 year ban apply on me.
but i re in another paragraph i read this ban not apply if i apply as a spouse.please expert come forword and please give me right opinion.i consalte with one of then solicitor and he said,he is not sure its depend on immigration officer he wana give u ban or not.
