Parent Company/Subsidiary Company

Hello,

If I am being offered a job at a company and that company does not have a Tier 2 license (subsidiary company), however their Parent Company is Tier 2 registered company.

Can the Parent company sponsor me or the subsidiary company has to have a license?

If the parent company owns 50% or more of the sub company they can add the sub company onto the existing licence. The sub company would be classed as a branch of the parent company for the licence.
