Hi All,
Hope someone here can advise me and give me the right direction. Recently my inlaws applied for a visitor visa for UK and its been refused, they both lives in NEPAL. I am a British citizen and my wife dependant, we both working full time. We submitted all required documents. The most frustration to us is the reasons they gave for refusal are all wrong.
For mother they said : your spouse's visa application has been refused, as you appear to be a dependent and financially supported by them and they are no longer travelling to the UK, i am not satisfied that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit. Or that you are genuinely seeking entry for a purpose that is permitted by the visitor routes. (paragraph V4.2(c).
For Father : You indicate that you are retired, and, whilst you affirmed in Q64 of your application that you receive a total monthly income of 500 Pound (NRS. 82,478.00) from public funds or benefit, you have failed to demonstrate by way of any credible evidence, how , when and where you obtain the funds from or even any proof of it.
On Q64 of application form we just said regular monthly income is 150 pound, to prove that they submitted a pension paper which also states ammount NRS, 17000.
They also mentioned : Although, you affirm your UK sponsor would be responsible for your travel and UK expenses, you have not provided any proof of his financial and personal position in the UK.
Me and My wife submitted 6 months bank statements and payslips, Employment letter, and sponsorship letter.
How can they gave false statements and refuse a VISA ? I am looking for a advise now what to do further ? do i just ignore this refusal and reapply again, they can again reject with any reasons. is there any where i can launch the complain about it ?
Thanks,
Rajan
