Parents Visitor Visa query

Hello all,

I am planning to get my parents to UK. Both are retired and I plan to sponsor their visa. I am currently in middle of changing jobs (on Skilled Worker visa), & in notice period. I have got the new BRP & have the offer letter of the new employer. Is there a chance this may affect the application?

Or should I ask my parents to apply with their own financial documents (FDs, rental income, pension) as well property papers? In this case, will they need to show any proof of where they will stay in UK? If yes, what should they provide here as they will be staying with me.
